Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@levatelfragrance.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
